Behind-the-wheel training at Level Up Driving Academy pairs you one-on-one with Danny Mendoza, a DMV certified instructor with over 7 years of experience (License #E0302), in a 4-door sedan with dual instructor pedals. Lessons run in 2-hour sessions, and most students complete 6 hours of training. You’ll gain hands-on experience in residential areas, highways, and busy city streets, and learn the proven SMOG technique (Signal, Mirror, Over shoulder, Go) for safe lane changes and turns.
